REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Window

  • Physical Books: 24 hours from delivery date to request a return

  • E-books: No returns due to digital nature of product (as per industry standard)

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products received

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Books arriving in unsellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • E-books and digital downloads

  • Books damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery

  • Returns requested after the 24-hour window

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for return

  2. Authorization: We'll provide return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Ship Back: Return items in original condition with all packaging

  4. Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Wholesale Returns

  • Wholesale orders (100+ books) have separate return terms

  • Contact us directly for wholesale return authorization

Damaged in Transit

If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, we'll replace it at no cost when reported within 24 hours of delivery.
