Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PrivilegedPublishing.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Privileged Publishing LLC (“Privileged Publishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2) Products & Availability

We sell physical products such as printed books and related merchandise (collectively, “Products”). Some Products may be fulfilled through print-on-demand partners.

All Products are subject to availability. We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any Product at any time.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are providing current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

4) Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using USPS flat rate boxes or envelopes when applicable. Some orders may ship directly from a print-on-demand partner.

  • Processing times: Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume.

  • Delivery estimates: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • International shipping: International shipping is available. Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for physical Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

5) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Defective Items Only)

We stand behind our Products. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only for defective items purchased through PrivilegedPublishing.com.

  • Return window: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange for a defective item.

  • Condition & proof: We may request photos and order details to verify the defect.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective items, including (but not limited to) buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or normal wear and tear.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, illustrations, characters, book content, and design elements—is owned by Privileged Publishing LLC and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

7) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

8) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards (If Offered)

From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined.

  • Promotions may be modified or ended at any time.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privileged Publishing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of Products.

In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Privileged Publishing LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration (if applicable) or small claims court, you agree that it will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the latest version was posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
